Thermogenic eating is not only the best way to lose a pound per day but also helps you to break through those weight loss plateaus. Thermogenic eating fires up your metabolism and recalibrates your appetite, turning off those diet-destroying food cravings.
Eating thermogenically can be as simple as swapping your usual carbohdrate-filled or caveman-style breakfast for a clean, whey protein shake made with ice and coffee. Two scoops of whey – Vanilla or Chocolate
Five ice cubes
One teaspoon granulated coffee
½ cup of water

Research shows that vigorous exercise isn’t necessary in order to lose weight. In fact, exercising too hard may be your problem.

And if you want to turbocharge your metabolic workout, add 10,000 steps daily to melt that extra layer of fat away.
